Sweet build! I like your style as well. Taking us through the prototyping process and discussing the issues you had and how you solved them along the way is something a lot more people (including me) need to do. All around, I'd say you scored a home run!

Thank you for showing this it looks absolutely cool. The one functional suggestion that I would make is you could consider using a cotter pin vs a nail. But I love the idea of this build its excellent and cool.

Thank you! And ya, a cotter pin would probably work better lol I only kinda know what I’m doing 😂

Hi, amazing design. So overdue. Whenever you are interested, a numismatic collection at a large Canadian University would be interested in purchasing a few.

👍Great build - very creative. One question. what specific u-channel did you use? The M-C page shows many different styles. Thanks again!

INCREDIBLE. Do you make if for sale? How about the option to also have one on the middle in case I want to showcase just one coin some times? I have some old coins measuring around 2.95mm, 2.80mm, 2mm, thickness respectively, and 32.7mm, 30mm, 37mm diameter respectively? Could the top part be made of a reflective material? I'm looking to photograph and video the coins and it looks better on a black reflective surface. Thank you and congratulations on the amazing design.

I’m currently only selling the file so people can make it themselves. If you know anyone with a CNC Machine, it’s an easy project. As for as placing a coin in middle, you would have to mount it on a stand in the middle that doesn’t cut into the top cover. The gear is right under the cover, so if you cut into it, it wouldn’t spin.

Do you take orders? I would love to pay you to build a rotating base for me that could hold upwards of 50 coins. I would like to send you pictures of each coin to so the slots can be specific to certain coins.

I’m not currently taking orders. Only selling files. Plus, from your your describing, that project would be extremely expensive to design and build
