I've been fat almost all my life because of a medical condition. People can be cruel, but know the way people treat you is not your fault. When I was younger I went through years of depression, I hated myself and gained quite weight. When I went buy clothes the girls that help costumers always gave me weird looks. Now I am not that overweight even tho I still am kinda chubby despite me having a very healthly lifestyle and practicing sports regularly. In thruth I still struggle with self confidence and in developing an healthly relationship with food. I understand what you have been throught and what you still dealing with. I wish I could be your friend. Don't rush and take your time, dealing with depression and self acceptance is never easy, just remember: e beauty with an ugly inner person is just a beautiful cracked empty eggshell. Step by step destroy ALL the weight that other have been putting on your shoulders with their comments and mean intentions. I'm rooting for you with my whole heart girl.

What a wonderful video essay! To come onto KZbin and present yourself to the world, especially in another Language than your own, takes a LOT of Courage and Heart! I wish I had the guts to post a video to KZbin discussing the trails of my childhood and growing up overweight. It wasn't until I was 17 in High School that I started working out and running to lose the weight. Now all that fat was turning into muscle, not all of it, but a lot. Um...if you're going to learn Japanese, you should probably learn to write in it as well. Romaji is good for English speakers and helping their japanese pronunciation, but trying to talk to an actual Japanese person with it is a bit... Needless to say, learn to write the actual characters, don't use romaji. Japanese people can't understand it!
