Good stuff. Tip from a carpenter, use MRMDF for your base boards. It's much more stable and won't swell as you add moist materials and adhesives. MDF is a, brown colour but the MRMDF is green.

Went to the local Home Depot with my dad one day on request of a guy who owned a hobby shop and bought two huge sheets of MDF and lots of 2X4, needless to say the gaming tables that were built that day were glorious! and heavy as hell. MDF is good stuff.

As it is difficult to say who wins I will have to take the easy route and say you're disqualified for non water gun bits rather than saying which is better! Very nice backdrop, I love the techniques you used and by only doing half I'm guessing fairly easy to keep simmetric (roughly) as you split the guns in half too. Overall I do prefer scatter terrain, but I will have to look into doing this for my display cabinet.

Speedball 2! I assembled a PC out of parts I found in a skip to reinstall an old copy of win98, I installed Speedball 2 and the game required a specific soundblaster sound card for some reason, I got it to work with the only viable default, the internal MIDI speaker used by the motherboard to give error noises, it was the the most ridiculous wonderous Intro sound you have ever heard. BRUTAL DELUXE FTW!

"...can we put it on the wall, like art?" Honestly, that's what I was wondering once I figured out what was going on. While it looks impressive and cool and would be AMAZING for a store display perhaps, I don't see much practical value in this creation. While not meant to be a backhanded compliment, I wouldn't blame you for seeing my comment as such. I truly do appreciate the creativity that went into this project. The premise (water guns and toy guns only, AHEM) is cool; even if not adhered to 100%, it was a major part of your build and made it what it is but... Yeah, now that it exists, what are you gonna do with it? If it's not going on the wall like a poster you're going to have an interesting time of finding someplace to store it. I have this image in my mind of hanging it by chains from the ceiling much like stores would have aisle number markers suspended above the aisles or something. I'm here from Jeremy's video and I'm glad I took the time to watch yours, you've given me some ideas and inspiration for my own projects even though I build for 1:6 scale modern military-style figures.
