I didn't use patriots for this level as they seemed kind of ineffective against his bigger tanks, instead I used the firebase filled with missile soldiers plus some comanche. Later I used the aurora against the big emperor tanks, they could usually destroy the slow-moving ones but it was a pain to micromanage Aurora.

The way I beat this one was to build 2 (1 plus 2 aurora bombers works too) particle beams to take his command centre out, and use aurora bombers to destroy his dozers. Use the spy thing from the strategy centre, and build as many bombers as he has dozers. Make sure to hit all of them at the same time. After that, destroy his internet hackers and the propagada station. next round of particle beams hit as much of his power generators as you can. Once his base defenses run out of power, you can destroy him at your leisure due to his inability to rebuild what you have destroyed.

Different from how I beat him. I skipped all Patriot sites and Firebases and controlled the whole map with Combat Chinooks and Stealth Comanches everywhere. Then Bombed him to dealth with 80 planes :)
