Yesssss girl i walked 2.4 miles to my kids school and 2.4 back i cried the first 3 days i did it. But now im ok. But i definitely need new shoes! As soon as i get the money im getting me the shoes i need! I know this was a year ago but im so proud of you 👏🤩😂🥰

2.4 miles back and forth is excellent 🤩 ‼️ That’s well over 10,000 steps . Yes , the shoes 👟 have really helped me a lot. That was the best thing I could have ever done. Definitely get your feet analyzed and measured it’s free. It makes walking so much more comfortable and enjoyable. My daughter did it and she got 2 pairs 😂. She won’t go anywhere without her shoes. Hey Sis i did slack a few days, body was so sore, but I pushed through not doing 10,000 yet but this is a start for me you have motivated me so much, changed my eating habits I have a treat now and then and really been pushing it. got up to over 7,000 and I am so proud of myself because i was not even doing that much, so Thank You!!!
