Forgot to say mate.. I’ve been hydrated and come out of swims on training and cramped. Literally legs in knots trying to walk out of the water… One guy told me it’s because I’m over exerting on the 2nd half of my distance. Relax as you will make up the time from it 👍🏽

Congratz on your 2nd placing Harry, but when you were almost 7 minutes behind up and coming Lord Bishop, was this really a competietive event? Need to be running a 1:11:00, and even had you done that, you would have still be back 2 minutes from Lord Bishop! Are you implying your cramped legs and missing turn around point cost you 7 plus minutes? EEHHH! I think not! but you put in perspective and tabulate how much time you really lost, if, it even was that much? And does this mean your nutrition ie: precisinfeuling is a bunch of Ballocks? Dang son dat iz good! Unlike eveyone else only blowing smoke up his gluteus maximus, these people are enablers and are no good at all!! Unfortunately dat is just fact of life!
