Challenger 3 UK Conducts Live Fire Tests Of New Battle Tanks, Makes Ammo NATO Friendly

The British Army has rolled out the prototypes of its Challenger 3 main battle tank which are undergoing their first live-fire tests in Germany. Dubbed as Britain's “most lethal ever tank”, the Challenger 3 is a significant upgrade on the Challenger 2. The upgraded tank not only has a deadlier gun but can destroy incoming anti-tank rounds in flight. The new tank comes as Britain looks to upgrade its defences given the increasing global instability. Challenger 3 isn't being built from scratch but uses the Challenger 2 chassis and features a number of improvements. Watch the video to find out more.

Remember, the Challenger tank is the tank that couldn't perform in Ukraine in the Summer Counteroffensive because, according to British military analyst, the spring in Ukraine had such good weather that the grass grew too much so the Challenger had trouble going through it.

You have 7 courvettes and 8 missile boats so don't go calling the Royal Navy. As in case of NATO what can Germany bring? Poland even outclasses them for land based force.

This is a waste of money, 112 tank, how long will they last in a real war? The days of the over weight tanks are gone like the Battleships of WW2. If huge is better why don't we still build battleship, because of today's torpedo and missiles they would be easy and great target to sink. The Swedes have up gunned their CV90 with a NATO 120mm gun and it weights only less then 40,000 lbs with a 1,000 hp engine. This would be a better buy and it would be able to go on soft ground since it is lighter like the Russian tanks. It cost about the same for a new tank then their so called up grade and if production goes up the price should come down!
