Your content is great. I appreciate the lack of overwhelming background noise. I've a bad association with loud noises and scares, so it is hard for me to find good league content since a lot of it is edited to be obnoxious and haha funny all the time. Dude I tried to "play bad" to demote as much as possible and I couldn't even get to bronze, I barely made silver 4. I'm around plat elo in skill. How you guys drop into iron without literally inting is beyond me. There is a point where it's actually harder to lose than to win, even if you int.

@@paynehunter people are iron when you’re new to the game. You know what every champion does, you know what every dragon does, you know what baron and herald does, you know which runes to use, you know which items to you, you know how to play your champions extremely well. Imagine trying to climb but you didn’t have any of that, and none of your teammates did either, and your games are filled with Smurfs. No idea how it’s hard for you to see this, new players aren’t good at the game because they don’t have hundreds of hours like you do

@@Minkyon What negativity? I was seriously curious. I know many people who play league and even those with bad internet and who play mostly for fun and I do not know one of them below bronze 1. There were people before who were stuck in bronze when there was no iron, but nowadays pretty much everyone hits at least silver. I legit do not know one person who is iron. I know more challengers than iron players. I do not think that you can be in iron just by "playing bad", or being inexperienced. I lost all 10 promo games on a new account and still got placed into silver 3.

I was waiting on one of your videos to comment on the vex buff, I agree idk if it will solve all of her damage problems but it’s definitely welcome. I was kind of hoping her passive would get extra damage.

I don't think her passive is in a bad place, they just need to increase her overall damage output somewhere. 10% is not enough, but it does solve a different issue which is waveclear for roaming.

All these matchups are just Vex vs a squishy. I never see anyone explain how to play Vex into a Galio, Sion or Nasus. How do I play when the enemy team is Nasus, Voli, Skarner, Miss Fortune and Blitz.

She's shifted more into a counter pick champion (4th/5th pick) into ideal comps than blind pick since she got indirectly mega nerfed on durability update. You would not pick Vex into tanks at all due to her champion identity suffering greatly. You're basically forced to brick your itemization and play for haste to rotate abilities on a champion that does 2x-3x less damage than every control mage in the game. She is effectively feast or famine because she needs an item lead to even have kill potential, but that same damage threshold is never achievable vs tanks who itemize survivability. Standard champion build is, you build two items and can threaten one shot potential. As you acquire items, your damage scales to consistently stay in one shot range. Vex is, you have to have an item lead or directly hard counter their entire champion to even have one shot potential or you fall off a cliff. You are now relegated into being a stun bot.

I believe in you, you might just need to slow it down. I play very aggressively to min-max, but you can play slow with max range poke until you're comfortable.

I run inspiration if I'm playing to win lane which is 90% of the time, if it's a very free match up then Sorcery will be more efficient :3 Edit: Win lane = More volatile/inconsistent match ups

Just saw your vex gameplay a couple days back and saw how good she could be so I bought her. She’s literally free elo tbh. I don’t go inspiration secondary runes with her though. I noticed that you’re better off with the sorcery tree as a secondary and just getting some extra sustain stats from your shards. With the right build, she can still oneshot squishies and still provides good cc periodically so she can fit in any right comp. Almost master now because of her :D

She's a very good counter pick right now, but it's hard for Vex mains to adapt to the new playstyle being that its worse in every way from pre-durability. Inspiration is really meant to kickstart your early game and spike hard for early skirmishing since her winrate drops to sub 50 at 20 minutes+. Sorcery of course offers much more damage if you're able to get a favorable matchup, it's just that it won't win you lane against the more volatile matchups. I'm glad to hear you are finding success w/ her because I really do find her fun. Keep it up! The buffs coming soon will be very cool for bridging her early-mid game with the extra roam potential from wave clear. Vex do be having an identity crisis right now, I would hate to see her relegated to being more utility than playmaking.

@@Zianni Actually, I only started playing league the patch before the durability patch so I don’t really know how good she is pre-durability patch. Usually, I take scorch and manaflow band if I would have a hard time with the enemy midlaner. Also, I don’t see why biscuits would be better than manaflow band since you’d be only using biscuits mostly for the mana. I barely had any mana problems with manaflow band even on the early game. Transcendence, gathering storm, and scorch also seems way better than time-warp tonic since you could be really efficient with the usage of corrupting pot by using your c-pot when you’re around 80% hp/mana and have a longer uptime on the 15 damage burn from it instead of trying to use it for clutch situations like most pros that gets this rune would do. Minion dematerializer is a great rune but I’d argue that if I take scorch, I would have more kill pressure and potential that would lead me to take that early kill and snowball faster, which would offset the benefits of minion demat by getting my items faster and would then be able one shot the creeps for a fast wave clear. I know the inspiration runes are good since I use them for a lot of different champs, but for vex, I feel like these runes are way better, or at least I play better with them as opposed to the inspiration runes.

Sry I'm in bed rn so I can't write a super thought out reply The primary reason for double lane runes is purely to play through mid on the map and facilitate 2v2 or solo kills. Biscuits offers more lane staying power and allows you to play more aggressively knowing you can make mistakes. (Hp/mana) You still get 150 max mana from biscuits, you just lose the regeneration from manaflow. You can trade evenly knowing you have resource advantage + kill window TWT gives +14 MS for staying in range for extended auto trades and finding max range fears. This is great for roaming or 1v1 dueling. Trading is based on your keystone + fear which is 25-20 seconds so complete uptime of c pot isn't necessary since you're just adding 1-2 autos on the back end. Fear slows the farther they are away so it helps. I also really like minion demat, I don't mind scorch either. Its just a sad reality where Vex has to be consistent in laning phase to not be redundant = forced to run biscuit / twt to be my jungles slave since she falls off a cliff if you fall behind or are equal due to Mr itemization / bruiser meta being bonkers. Feast or famine. Live or die by the early skirmish or be forced to watch as you're 500-800 damage off from full combing someone at level 9-11. I also typically try to pick Vex in aggressive Matchups where these runes are more suitable for solo q, sorcery has more value in mage v mage for sure.

@@badgr7630 Pretty much always Electrocute, sorcery for free matchups, inspiration for hard matchups. Resolve secondary is good if you need the extra tank stats to survive a really awful matchup + mid game team fights. It just isn't that useful in lane like Inspiration would be

I upload every 2 days so if my schedule is fucked it's like 9 million times easier to fully narrate my thought process in a normal game than grandmasters. Viewer game w/ chat is better than smurfing in low elo IMO. It's also helpful to play against lower elo players since it would represent an average player in the matchup. Anyone who's new to Vex won't really understand the nuance of a GM kill lane, but they'll understand basic mistakes and concepts as it's happening in a lower skill lobby.
