Ferni Elena Benavente v isn't considered as noob champ her q is a skillshot and her ult is situational but yea u can outplay with noobchamps like yi and stuff u can just flash in a bush then q or whatever but it's not considered as a huge outplay it's just flash and thing there are more sick plays u can do with high skill cap champions even witohut flash

Let's not call it random names, it's just animation canceling. EQ has a cast time that you have to go through before the Q actually goes off, if you flash while it's "winding up" you can fit another ability (flash) before the cast finishes
