8:40 Unfortunately that is not correct. What you have shown here is simply a fully-cast W and a Q straight after. To properly do an animation cancel WQ you would need to first cast E, and cast WQ within 1.5 seconds. You can try compare WQ with and without E in the practice tool, the speed difference between the two is pretty easy to see. To properly understand this mechanic you have to understand that E gives Riven a shield for 1.5 seconds, but it also gives Riven a secret passive for 1.5 seconds, and that Riven can now cancel channeling abilities (i.e. W) with non-channeling abilities (i.e. Q). This secret passive is ported straight from PC league and is quite well-documented. Note that the shield and passive is independent from each other, the passive would still be in effect even if the shield is broken.

@@just9688 idk to be honest because she is a very strong champion from the beginning. If u face teemo in the baron lane then I would say farm and keep your distance until level 3 atleast before u go in.

i use the same build for jungle too just for the runes i go conq,brutal,bone planting(for early game) and path finder(for better ganking bc its a bit harder to gank with her)

I’m a jungle/mid main trying to take a break to do baron but no joke every game I play baron and freeze the wave at tower and ping the jungler would go somewhere else to gank and fail or die. When I finally get tired of it and try to fight at level 5 or later their enemy jungler and or mid will try to gank me but most of the time they fail at the gank and will try to camp. No joke I had like 4 people come baron to try to gank me at my tower within like 7 minutes of the game. I just give up on baron lane I get shit mid/jungle all day long. I get tired of seeing our jungler try to force a gank in other lanes when the other lanes don’t even freeze their lanes it’s a fkn joke man.

Yeah you can. If you want to jump over walls like that, even drag walls, you need to manually slide your jump all the way over not just aim and jump.

This was very helpful, but I was actually looking for guides on where to position in a team fight as Riven where every member on the enemy team is grouped up on top of each other, obviously just going in for any member in that situation regardless if it was a surprise would just get you cc'ed and bursted down.

I'm not a pro riven but riven is basically an assassin top in everyteamfight you should focus on the damage dealer but if you focus on the tank you will be melted by the damage dealer because riven is really squishy

How dont you move through the target with your Q when fast comboing? Im coming from PC and its pretty straight forward, but on wild rift it feels like the Q is a fixed distance, but you manage to pretty much cast it like on pc, thanks in advance for help.
