PINNED COMMENT addressing the order of simultaneous triggers: If both players have an effect that would trigger at the same time, the turn players effect resolves first. If one player has multiple effects that would trigger at the same time, that player can choose the order they resolve in. So in this example, Queen of Hearts - Sensing Weakness challenges Belle - Hidden Archer, Queen of Hearts - Sensing Weakness and Belle - Hidden Archer's effect would trigger. Turn players effect resolves first, drawing a card and then non-turn players effect resolves, discarding the turn-players hand.
