No cat back exhaust on any 5.7, 6.1, 6.4, 6.2 sounds that good..the cat delete along with your set up was worth it, & sound like the way these gen3's are supposed to sound. Deep! Mean! And ridiculous as hell at WOT! Well done man. N/A damn near 4500lb tune, Bolton, dr'd Beast runs mid damn 11's!! Outstanding

man, it is so funny you say that! the very next weekend the car went 11.58 with a string of 11.60's. The same night a HC Charger on stock tires was running 11.70'/11.80's. The guy didn't want anything to do with me. He seemed a little angry.

Nice pass man! 11.60 at 117 is moving! It looks like you have similar mods to my car. I hit 11.77 at 116 last November but I'm still on the stock tune. It looks like the tune must be good for around .2 tenths or so. Never heard of Peitz tuning before, I ended up going with Hemifever Tuning on my car. Our track doesn't open until April here though, haven't been able to run it with the tune yet. You're really close to an 11.5X pass though! Very cool man, congrats!

Hell yeah man. That's awesome for so little mods. I ran 11.72 @ 118 last Friday in a 2011 SRT8. It's only the 5spd NAG1 with just headers, legmaker CAI, and converter with Demon Motorsports tune hitting the rev every gear. Still on 20s also but the Welds coming in soon, new tune adjustments and the cam going in hoping to hit 10s.

So far the suspension settings habe been;Trans - Sportsuspension - streetwiyh the trans in track mode it tends to get a bit of wheel spin on the 1-2 & 2-3 shift.

B Mason I notice that too the wheel spin on 1st to 2nd do you know what the shift RPM is on your tune? I thought with the DR you would not have gotten that tire spin during the shift. I love that sound of the cat delete. I will have to give you up dates on on the LTH from Kooks and the high flow green cats. Keep up the good work I am going to have to get some drag radials soon and currently the best 60' is 1.7 with some summer tires 275s.

So far the best combo has been: Trans in sport and suspension in street. I haven't played with it too much, mainly for consistency. Track mode for the trans seems to translate into wheel spin at the 1/2 shift because of the harder shifts. That may have been due to track conditions though, I can tell you that on the street I run Sport on everything and track for the trans just because it is a little more fun.

I think your right about the sport trans mode i have heard others tell me the same the little bit of wheel spin in track mode turns into some loss of traction and kills the ET

Did you try any passes before you changed out the rear tires? I took my BONE STOCK 392 M6 Shaker to the track and just made a fool out of myself spinning or bogging off the line.

I launched right off idle. I did a fairly long burnout at the beginning of the video. Nothing too crazy though. Just a clean up and just long enough to get some heat into the tires.

Lonnie Aspinwall I don't know if it helped but It does shift a little harder and The exhaust is always open so its cool. I went 12.30 at 110with the tazer and drag radials in I think 850 DA in my Scat pack charger. Its was fun.

I've noticed either the 3-4 or 4-5 shift seems to drag a little....probably the torque management nannies reeling it back just a touch. If Track Mode calms the TM just a hair and tightens the shifts, it's worth it. I've been 11.97 @ 116 in negative DA air, stock tune, stock tires...but, I'm looking for that little bit extra to maybe get an 11.8X on stock rubber. And yes, I'm partially insane for trying to do it on stock tires..LOL.

Ha.. Yeah, they all said that! I agree. You need a set of DR's for it. The 60 ft was about .05 better from what I can tell but I haven't had a chance to go over the slips. I'm pretty stoked! I didn't think I would ever see a 12.6x out of it regardless of conditions.

It won't take much for you to duplicate these results. A sticky Tire in good air is all you need. The latest operating system is better than the older 2015, 2016-2017 operating systems. The main thing is to get the thing to the drag strip on a sticky tire and just have some fun with it. A Hellcat airbox in a Hellcat filter is really all you need to get it there.

B Mason help me out how are you hitting 11s. My 392 did a best 14.030 @103mph spinning off the line at 3200 rpm. What mods do i need to get a better ET? 93 Octane tune? For starters i just wanna get in the 12s

For easy 12's, grab a set of drag radials. That car should run easily into the 12's in nearly any DA with traction.

The car ran a best of 11.39 at full weight. I drove my car's clone to a 11.25 with a drag pack and some weight reduction. Both cars stock cam with the same tune. I don't have the car anymore. Hellcat now

Haven’t taken it to the track yet because when I go I want to put on a good number on the board for my mustang friends that don’t believe that I can run a 11sec pass first night out so that’s why I need you to help me get there I already installed the hellcat air box and hellcat filter next I’m buying sticky tires don’t know what should I buy if street drag tires or slicks and what do you recommend for tuning and is it worth getting the pedal box and what about losing the front sway bar or do you just take it out completely what else can I do or take out buy the way I’m also buying front skinnys for the front as well thanks my friend for contacting me so fast have a great day

@@orlandogranda5469 Tuning, yes, for transmission and engine, will make a big difference in ET. Peitz Performance Tunes. Tires, ET street SS at 22 psi. At the track. If you 3nd up buying a dedicated drag pack, etc street r and 28- 10.5 -17 at 23 psi.

@@orlandogranda5469 I didn't change anything in the suspension. Other than a set of BMR trailing arms. The weight reduction was a drag pack Wheel and Tire set up front seat removal and rear seat removal. That's it nothing else. Run on straight 93 octane with no additives or race gas
