HSTHoward do you mean places where chasing freight trains, don't you? Well, have a look at these places: El Escorial, Pitis, Pinar De Las Rozas for the northern line. Fuente De La Mora, Vicálvaro and Villaverde Bajo for the nearest places options and Getafe Industrial, Ciempozuelos, Pinto, Valdemoro, Aranjuez...for the east and southern line option. Nevertheless you can check on Google maps and KZbin other places at that lines. Also check the Barcelona line on the north-eastern of Madrid

HSTHoward Bff not as much as English lines I think, so that you may see more or less 10/15 freights during the hold afternoon, for example. Don't expect more from most of Spanish railways
