Hasit been purchsed by Commonder sahib and entitled to build socity for ssle of houses? 2.Is this land a psrt of Karachi Munciple corpn or it is village area? 3.Is this land will be transferred to to the purchser of house worth Rs 28 lakhs with registry ? 4.What is the size of plot and what are the sizes of rooms of houses? 5.What are secret expenses like monthly or annual charges imposed , maintenace charges or any other carges on residents? 6.What charges will be imposed by Govt of Sindh as property tax? 7.What will be the rates of water,electricity,gas, seaverage and maintenance etc? 8.Can any resident construct another floor on the existing floor with or without permission of od commonder society? 9.Will facilities to repair the gas ,water ,electricity,drainage of water in case rain or blockage of draining systems free of cost or with psyments? 10. Will you get donations for residents gor welfare programmes like free food,marriage of poor girls and boys, expenses on mosques and grave yard etc ? 11 What are the health facilies in case of emergencies like heatfailure,brain hammerage, road accidents etc ? 12. Can any body living in any city of Pakistan can purchse the house or it is specigic fot citizens of Karachi ot employees of Pakistan Navy.
