This is in The Hague in The Netherlands, where people live who’s ancestors originally came from India and were taken to Suriname (South America) between 1873-1916 to work as contract laborers. They originally came from regions as UP and Bihar and speak a language that's a mix from Bhojpuri/Avadhi. Londa Ke Naach is usually performed at the biha during dulha sapre up to the dulha parche and ends at the moment that the dulhin appears to start the vivaah sanskaar. Sometimes a Nachania also guides the badhauw during a mundan sanskaar and bhatvan.
