I am gold/plat and there’s never a game where i don’t see 1 or more people with a champ background. Sometimes they absolutely stomp and you can tell their champ but other times they play like they are supposed to be in gold/plat

There are a lot of champion level creators showing ranked clips where the players they are randomed with or against would struggle in gold, all in setups, mechanics, game sense and teamwork ability. That said, I have no clue how often that really happens since of course they make videos out of clips where they perform and less so of their mediocre or bad games with actual challenge.

Ranked 2.0 is genuinely the worst you either play robots pros or cheaters every game no consistency almost like a hidden mmr system isn’t the best way to go

tbh i don't really like it, skill based and hidden mmr doesn't go along very well, for all i know, having high kd isn't really fun, i have 1.2 kd and id be placed with negative kds that doesnt give out comms and proper intel.. cant fking wait with rank 2.5, id have to wait for a bit after losing a match or winning a match but dont want to be teamed out with not decent teammates before queuing into the next match because usually if you start matchmaking after game ends, youd be match with the same guy, with or against

Its crazy I played ranked this whole season with a stack of my friends and four of us were able to hit champ, and even on my champ rank up game the best players on the enemy team were emeralds. They really gotta figure out matchmaking lol.

I think its either because they were cheaters/boosted by cheaters but their cheat service is down or they're just burnt out because they never touch grass.

yeah man, on south east, from what i see the way they play is at least bronze, i cant wait to see what they did with ranked 2.5, i have 1.3wr and 1.2 kd currently with approx 80 games and im stuck copper 1, i was on a good streak last week and all of a sudden theyre dumping me with shit no comm teammates because they see me as a good player and can carry them with my stats and all but you cant if ur team not helping, cant fucking wait with ranked 2.5

I'm in low plat\high gold with my mates (round the same rank) and we get a peak diamond\champ every match on one of the teams no matter what we do, make it make sense EU servers btw

The match in Oregon it seems like they know what they’re doing but the execution sucks. Platinum level 5. The match in Clubhouse, they only know how to roam and aren’t willing to be flex etc. Silver level 1.
