i had the same issue i ran out of arrows i threw my tridents, they all broke on impact.rather than die at the hands of a blight or reload a save i took the painstaking task to kill WaterBlight Ganon with remote bombs.it took forever but the evil was quenched,it was totally worth it.it is one of my biggest accomplishments , "I killed WaterBlight Ganon with gernades!"

Dude fighting Waterblight Ganon in master mode made me feel like such a freaking noob. And again when I did it, Champion's Ballad, on master mode. It was damn challenging...and it was one of the easier Blights! That's crazy!

Use stasis to whack the ice blocks back at the boss? It does a relatively large amount of damage without you having to really move.

When he shoots ice, you’re supposed to break the others and leave one. Then, stasis the last one and use the stored up power to shoot the ice into his face! That will get him on the ground

Instead of letting the water thing happen again, just yeet your trident. On my first fight ever with Waterblight I was not prepared and I wasted all my arrows on his ice blocks. Didn’t know I could Cryonis them. I had to finish him off by throwing all my melee weapons at hi one by one.

TOTALLY agree on Link's mechanics. Everyone says the game is beautiful but Link is just trash, how the heck is this banana-fish the hero of Hyrule? And waterblight ganon is stupid, when I fought him for champions ballad, I literally had to sit there waiting, just destroyting his ice blocks. After I destroyed them all he would sit there, ya know waiting for me to attack him, but you only get 10 arrows! what am I supposed to do after I run out. I sat there for an entire 3 minutes, just destroying ice blocks, waiting for my Urbosa's fury. Most akward battle ever.

I beat this part about a month ago and I kept struggling to beat him especially on the second part. I felt like a rookie, after failing 3 times I finally got smart and boosted my health and ate food with x3 multiplier. It sucks only having 10 arrows 😐😑😶🎮

that bomb move on that shrine was smart! i didnt think of it at all i honestly dont know how i did it, a mix of all the abilities randomly lol! and also waterblight was the most annoying/hardest for me in this dlc because when it gets to that flying phase you dont know how to hurt him and he doesnt stop and get down until you do something with the ice blocks + they give you little arrows. i used urbosa’s fury to stop him too

You could also use stasis on one ice block, then knock it back with a ceremonial trident to preserve arrows for the guardian laser phase.
