Erkaiym Tabyldieva, affectionately known as Erkaiym, has carved a unique path in hospitality. Starting at 17, she worked across various departments, from F&B to front office and sales. "I've been working since I was 17, so I work in different departments and different fields... I discovered my passion for inspections, training, and audits," she shares. At Sun Siyam Iru Fushi, Erkaiym oversees health, safety, food safety, and sustainability, ensuring all procedures align with the resort’s high standards.
