Vandal 23 is better than 21 but the knife sucks with default inspect animation, so I don't think the 2023 bundle is worth it just because of that. But just the vandal separetely is a good option.

Going in with a bit of a spicy take here: 1. The kill sound of the 2021 vandal is superior, it feels cleaner as it is just the sound effect without the shooting sound. 2. The finisher of the 2021 is on the same level as the 2023 one. 3. The phantom is the best out of all the bundles, and the best champions skin. It changes the most and feels all around the best to use, with the clean kill sound and looks. 4. The 2023 vandal is pretty overhyped, it will not be insanely popular after a few months. 5. 2021=2023

2022 easily the best year for champions, but the knife and finisher this year were so bad, also the worst song of all the champions (not bad but worse than 2021 and 2022 for sure). Pretty big let down but vandal is pretty cool. Also I dont personally like what they did with the champions glow and also changing the colors from red/black/gold to purple/black/gold
