Hello, can fader change colors?

The Grand Master fader does change colour depending on the level (Blue at 100%, Flashing Red at 0%, Red at all other levels). The other faders and encoders stay blue. On power on, you can just about see there are red LEDs on the playback and crossover faders too, so maybe Chamsys have something planned for them in the future.
