Chana dal paratha | Stuffed chana dal paratha
Sharing my recipe of dal paratha …….
For Stuffing : Soak chana dal overnight. Blend tha dal in the mixer. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add cumin seeds & hing . Add dal and sauté for 5 min and then add spices ( salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, cumin powder ) and chopped coriander. Transfer it in to a bowl.
For Paratha : Make a soft dough of wheat flour. Take a medium ball roll it out in a small circle. Now put the stuffing in the centre. Bring all the edges together and join the edges. Roll the stuffed dough into a small size chapati. Put paratha on a pan . Fry them with ghee. Serve it with raita or tea.
