Very wrong! White vatana takes little time to boil not hard soak in water at least 8 hour and take 4 whistle it boil almost paste.

Thanks for the video! Add a pinch of baking soda (not baking powder) for every 100 gms, for soaking! Adding sour things later can make them hard. That's a riddle! The best channa jor garam is made with white vatana and not channa! So also the best ragada! It's not so easy that's why these days even street vendors avoid using them! Thanks for the recipe!
