A re baba u could fry all masalss n onion together alongwith curry leaves n then fry tge coconut .n these chillies will mske the gravy red

Aunty it doesn't work that way with masala you cannot saute onion, step by step follow my recipe and you will get it right.

Put 3 drops of lime in cooker while boiling vatana.

Very wrong! White vatana takes little time to boil not hard soak in water at least 8 hour and take 4 whistle it boil almost paste.

Thanks for the video! Add a pinch of baking soda (not baking powder) for every 100 gms, for soaking! Adding sour things later can make them hard. That's a riddle! The best channa jor garam is made with white vatana and not channa! So also the best ragada! It's not so easy that's why these days even street vendors avoid using them! Thanks for the recipe! Does Goan jeera mera recipe use jeera?
