It is better for the central government to monitor in all states the implementation of all central government project or central government participating /sharing projects instead of relying on state governments for implemention. This will benefit the ultimate beneficiaries as well as misuse of funds and also corruption. As part of pan India employment drive by PM, they can create one institution and give central government employment to people of the state. This will give employment opportunities to the unemployed. Also they can be held accountable and resposible if there is any issue or fraud is detected.
