You have to put Bennardo and McCowan in, they took their change and should be rewarded for it, it makes no sense at all to drop the man of the match McCowan, people keep understating him, I said before he signed for Celtic that he would be our best signing, he's that good. McCowan offers far more than Engle's and is more effective and productive, he and McGregor should be shoe ins and the third midfielder should be the inform player which right now is Bernardo and that will send a message to Engle's and Hatti that they have to contribute more. McCowan is a leader and takes the game by the scruff of the neck and is so determined to create things, plus his tenacity and tackling skills are second to none, he works so hard. Its a miscarriage of justice if he doesn't start for the Aberdeen game.

But, I'd have McCowan instead of Hatate, who can be brilliant, but who's also been so inconsistent this season. --> On Saturday, though, I'd give Sinasalo a chance in goal. Only Schmeichel has GK minutes this season. Heaven forbid, if he picks up a knock, it would have been nice to have someone with match experience replacing him.

Engels has been struggling for weeks and I’d like to see him taken out of the firing line for the boys own sake. Ultimately though it’s great to have a manager who you trust completely. ☘️☘️

Bernardo has to start, his ball recoveries are always high, then always a goal threat as well, he is the ultimate number 8, Hatate and Engels could learn from this kid, how to impact a game when we do not have the ball.

Paul the team you picked is the one I’d go for but my biggest doubt is Hatate. Yes he can give you flair and creativity which can open up defences. But he was off form and wasteful against Club Brugge. Frustratingly so because we know what he’s capable of. We need a big performance from him tomorrow and in the next three fixtures. If his form dips again then it’ll be time for someone else to get a chance to start, ie McCowan. But these are great dilemmas to have and speak of the strength in depth we have in the middle.

There is one thing that annoys me with Rogers even from his first time at the club only difference too now is we had more choices in his first spell but it's not playing guys who are clearly in better for ie bernardo and McCowan over engels.

I think scakes will play v his former teammates. I think Luke will be in over reo. Btw, ccv is big price to score first (40/1) and anytime (14/1), he now makes dangerous runs at setpieces.

Whatever way you slice it Engels’s price tag plays a big part in his starting 11 selection. That said, i think BR will be looking at the big picture and trying to play him through his poor form. Maybe, as has been mooted, he’s playing out of position and he just needs to adapt from a 6 to an 8?

Wouldn't go as far as to say we're a man down but he's definitely not on the level team wise as McCowan or Bernardo are right now. Let's not write Engels off completely though, he's young and at times he's shown how good he could be. Maybe just needs some time to settle.
