Nope. IELTS( for English) and Goethe( for german) are standards for language. Any other certificate would not be considered. I recommend you to go for IELTS as that would be mush easier and less cost then German language

I think you are mistaken about the extension of card after not being able to find a job. Its not extendable but you actually switch from job seeking to a full time job. And without a job its not extendable. Please clear this.

If you have fully recognized degree you don't have to fulfill other requirements and can directly apply, not even language. Points based system is only applied if anyone has partially recognized degree.

I don't see any way to apply for the opportunity card on the islamabad office website. Should I apply from Karachi then? But since I am from Islamabad, that might be a problem? Nevermind, the applications aren't available on the Karachi website as well.

Yes. Presently, there is no option to book an appointment from Islamabad office's website. Option is available on Karachi embassy's website but I have not tried to register.

One question is that my university is recognized but my course of university is named as "Biochemistry and Molecular Biology" whereas in the degree sections there is just option of "Molecular Biology" and there is no name mentioned of my university? Second question is that PTE Academic is acceptable as a language proficiency? Third, Is there any alternative of block account? Can we show bank statement as a proof of funds?
