Population is increasing but will not increase at the same pace, Having said that But in actuality devil is in detail, How much of population is increasing that can afford this price given the ticket size, There is a need for premium housing which has good spacious plats and a park and a kids play area, Club and all the assosiated conceigere , pools etc etc does not matter in real time and are more gimmicky

It’s not possible every builder in Gurgaon is going to give timely delivery. You used to be transparent but it seems like you are turning into like every other KZbinr

Real state is traded like a mere stocks nowdays, no endusers. And downside is brokrage is very high (1-2%) in this case that too not transparent and prices are artificially inflated. While in stock market it’s more transparent 😌
