Wow! $375k+ for this home! I was wrangled in as soon as I saw the pantry. I think we're just going to tough it out and build our home. We were looking for affordable options to replace our rundown camp house that hit all the boxes but this price range is out of this world. We are pretty much settled that we're going to have to build our house on the weekends and taking vacation hours to building it. We'll be camping out of a box for a while but it's just going to have to be. Thank you for the video tour. It's awesome as usual.

While building takes time, it’s so much better in the long run. That price on this mod is outrageous. Especially Considering some of the low end finishes like the bath inserts, the cheap closet racks, the fake tile look flooring, the generic back door in the MB where it should have been a slider, etc. Friends of mine just built their own home (3bd 2bth) with moderate finishes, including tiled showers and nice flooring, for about 200k and it’s built to last. Mod home pricing has gotten out of control. It used to be an affordable option…not anymore.

Extreamly over priced. You would never get appraised for over 250 even with all the fixtures and space because it's still classified as a mobile.

The choice is not between buying this home or building one like it. Rather you would end up building something likely smaller and with way less amenities. And if you compared what you could build with comparable Manufactured or Modular Home then you will have not saved any money and likely spent much more than you needed -

Building is best because you can add things that suits your needs. One thing I didn't care for in this model was extra closet space , there was no linen closet for the guest bathroom, and the laundry room needed some extra closets for household items vacuum, mop , another for Christmas decor etc. Things we use but no where to put them in this house. A coat closet by the front door and the side door too. This home is large enough and they didn't figure in closets. Maybe they like this stuff in the middle of the floor or outside building but most people don't due to bugs, damp , humidity, mold. The kitchen sink in the island to be able to look at the front view instead of a wall too. So building is good to do what you want to do that works for your needs.

Where is the linen closet for the guest bathroom, extra closets in the laundry room for household items vacuum etc. No place for coats at the front door. If they have a price this high I would have thought they would have looked at these things like a stick built home. But this looks more like a manufacturer home at a stick built price. Most manufactured homes don't have extra storage space

Not perfect at all. Sure the freezer is nice but look closer there is no guest linen closet or extra closets for storage for vacuum, mop, Christmas decorations, hobby items, etc. The guest bedroom are small too no walk ins, , no sink in the laundry room, no bench by the side door for shoes, no extra closets for storage, this house has the square foot but they didn't configure the Floorplan well for a family of 5 plus. A closet along the entire wall in the office would be great, coat closets by the doors, at 375,000 I say its got square foot but definitely not perfect, where is the toilet paper, towels, blankets going in the guest bathroom area? This house has room for a family but no extra storage space just clothes closets in the bedrooms.

I bet you didn't look at this house to close if you didn't notice there was no linen closet for the guest bathroom, and no extra closets anywhere . Where is the vacuum, mop, Christmas decorations going, coat closet by the doors. This house is 375,000. At this price point you would think they would have put some thought into it. Most manufacturer homes don't have storage closets i know because mind doesn't. And I hate it beyond words. I look at the design in the one I have and if they had reconfigure it , it would have been so much better. They left a hugh area in the corner empty nothing there in the model they had some hampers in this space. If they had put the toliet there, with a door , and put a built in linen closet where the toilet is now. The design would have been so much better. No instead the put hampers in a large space. So where is towels going , toliet paper , blankets. I think they don't design homes worth a crap. People need closets and not the closet in the bedroom for household stuff.

Dont mind the color of the house. Don't see it often so your house would stand out more. No barn doors!!! Nice kitchen. Like the blue but i couldnt go with it. I like light brown or sand color. Pantry love it❤! Id put microwave in pantry. Put a 2nd wall oven above the other one. I maybe tempted to do the bath with the blue cabinets. Love the walkin closet. In main room. I totally agree about the washer and dryer inside of the closet. That would pi** me off; I’d be wondering if that was going to ruin my clothes. Besides which it’s just stupid and cumbersome and in the way. I absolutely hated that idea. It didn’t seem well thought out. And the door in the bedroom would drive me crazy. I’m not feeling this house at all.

I am with you 100% on that!! There is no need to have two washers and two dryers. Just put a washer and dryer in the laundry room where it belongs. So much dryer lint could end up on your clothes in the closet. And that door is not needed at all . ✔️
