I toured the most FUTURISTIC modular home on the market! Prefab House Tour

I believe I have officially toured the coolest modular home that exist! This prefab house has a wonderful layout and the exterior is so unique! This modular/prefab home is one I truly think will be a top viewed video on the channel because of it’s features! The house we are touring today is a “off frame modular.” The manufacturer for this house is Ritz Craft Homes. The model for this home is the “Jade Tree” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,680(heated & cooled) square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! Double sided fireplace in living room. Jet tub in guest bath. And door to outside in primary. Surround w porch w a roof. Add smaller patio off the porch for the fire pit in back

Love the clean cut kitchen!! Perfect. Countertops. Nice closets. Would prefer door instead of window in utility area. Love the open/ coziness of the dining area..Not wild about size of master bedroom. Keep the big window and put 3 smaller in. Love the master bath. Nice shower!!!

Hey Chance 🛎 Good evening everyone 🖐🏾 love from 🗽 NYC. I love the way this one looks. Has much curb appeal even with the dark colors. Edit: Floorplan @10:40 I like just about everything. I'd have to take out the carpet though. I hate carpet for some reason. Also, that 3rd window in the primary bdrm is throwing every thing off for me. At first I thought it was a door leading outside, but it's just a long window. I'd prefer if it was the same size as the other two. It's causing them to stage with furniture I'd use in my kids room. You can't put a bigger side table because they're scared the bed and other side table will be in front of that long window. So make that window the same as the others and push the bed over to be centered under the 2nd window. It makes so much more sense to me. The Feng shui of it all 😉

Those are cool door handles! Some people think gas stoves are the best, but in reality, food isn’t smart enough to know where its heating is coming from, plus, digital/electric stoves are much easier to heat.

I really, really, REALLY love the layout of this home, Mr. Chance! While it's not as big as some of the other modular/manufactured homes you showcase, it's still got a great layout, the rooms are of a decent size (secondary bedrooms included) & that kitchen is awesome! I also like how a) it has a dining room & b) the dining room is a really nice size, too. I'd have to pick me some different colors/materials for the exterior & I'd have to make sure it had a bigger covered porch on the front & a covered/enclosed or screened-in back patio, too, but I must say this house surprised the heck out of me. Just based upon the modern exterior (which isn't my vibe at all), I wouldn't have given this house a look-see at all, but you & the manufacturer sold me on it based upon the interior! Thanks again, Mr. Chance!
