same here..mein pune me hostel dekh rha tha MIT ke traf..nobroker pr 8000 me dikha rha with food, but they are telling you have to pay advance 2000 for visiting card, after that they will process.

Bro, the same was about to happen to me in kothrud near MIT College. He already gave me the location but asked for making a visiting card and said that he was a broker. He demanded 800 rs. From me, his name i dont remember, but i will definitely share his no. Here, if i find it in my contact list.
