Oh yes the perfect plantains to make make porridge also with no pealing just grate the entire plaintain cutting off the edges. Yes it is very delicious. Didn’t know about the coconut milk 🥛 thanks for the tip. Good job! Wish we could find the other ingredients here. It’s a real blessing to have a huge backyard.
