Now try Sindhi Sweets,Nagpal,Gopal ,Sai sweets and then sum up and give final review. Good Bhatura is that which is non oily from outside and having jali inside which means good khameer and chikkar channe with salad to compliment. Irrespective of price range .

Sir good going but aapne Bhatura ki jaali nahi dikhayi which is first test of a bhatura if the dough has properly fermented or not n if the bhatura is fluffy or not ( only sector 20 wale ko jaali dikhi thi in vthe vlog )
