I just had to put my 16 year old dog to sleep yesterday. I was there when she was born, I was there when she opened her eyes. We spent less than 2 days apart in her whole life. I’ve been watching for your channel for close to 2 years now. Besides learning to love and respect these beautiful animals, I really love watching these animals grow from tiny death noodles and crocs to full adults. Chandler does a great job making me feel like part of the family and while I may never own a venomous animal myself I still feel like I get to enjoy these animals from a baby to the end. Yes I mourned Kevin like the rest of us. Just wanted to say thank you again to Chandler for bringing us with him on his journey. From one firefighter to another, thanks brother!

(18:02) Fun fact: The Anaconda species and the Boa Constrictors are the two snake species that are the most closely related to Titanoboa, a 40-48 ft leviathan, as all three belong to the "Boid" Genus, meaning they all shared a common ancestor (Although Titanoboa is a part of a specific Genus of "Giant" Boid that went Extinct 60 million years ago) Although based of information I could find and our current understanding, it is unclear as to whether Either Anacondas or Boas are more closely related to Titanoboa then the other.

Have you ever heard of the Massasauga rattlesnake. It’s the only venomous snake in Ontario Canada. This snake doesn’t always inject venom when it bites.

It's amazing how hybrids of the coolest snakes on the planet can naturally occur. Gaboon Vipers and Rhino Vipers are absolutely stunning, and a hybrid is just as cool. Batwing Rattlesnakes are another cool hybrid. And about what snake I think you're going to get, I have no clue, but I think it'd be cool to have Ridge-Nosed Rattlesnakes here along with all these other snakes.
