Hi Michelle! I’m so happy you found the video interesting! ☺️ It’s definitely a big decision, and its so different from the classic flap that we are used too. It’s so comfortable and easy to get in and out of, that I’ve been wearing mine none stop, I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. Definitely go see it in person in store if you are able too, you need to really get a feel of the size and the length of the strap etc.. @@MichellebytheBay The chain doesnt bother me at all, but I’ve read alot of reviews on different forums from women that complained that the strap would constantly slip off their shoulder when worn as a shoulder bag. Hasn’t happened to me though🤔 but I don’t wear it often on the shoulder since the strap is long, fits better crossbody. And you can ask me as many question as you like. You are never a bother, I love purse talk 😊

hello, I love your KZbin videos. thank you for posting them, they are so helpful. on your black goatskin Chanel 19 small, did the height of the organizer you purchased from samorga stop at the top height of the red fabric inside the bag? I'm wanting the height of the organizer to stop where the red fabric stops inside the bag so that I can access the zipper compartment in the bag. Does your organizer stop just right under the zipper? thank you so much!

Hi! Thank you so much!🙏🏼 I’m so happy the videos were helpful☺️ I just went to check inside my bag, the organizer stops just under the zipper of the pocket. There is a pocket inside the bag with a long zipper, thankfully the zipper is placed almost at the top of where the red fabric finishes. So i’m guessing samorga stopped the height of their organizers right under the zipper so we can still access it. If ever you want a picture, I can totally DM you one on Instagram, it would be my pleasure.

Hi! So I just went to check because I wasn’t sure, and yes it does but its not as wide inside my leather bag. (Maybe because my 2 bags are different sizes, not sure) In the leather bag, if looks like its basically the inside top edge. In my tweed, I was surprises to find this leather band because there is no other leather on it.

New subbie. I love this bag. The problem is I ADORE the classic flap. So everytime I get ready to purchase one in like hmmm theses funds can go to another small classic flap or mini. I have 2 flaps (black, hot pink) and 2 minis (coral and red).

Hi Stacy! I can totally understand, its so much money and you want to be sure and your scared you might not like it or use it as much as you thought. Well, I have to say, I was so surprised about how much I enjoy wearing this bag, its just so comfortable, its super easy to get in and out of cuz opening the flap feels like butter. And since this bag is made more cushiony, i’m less scared of it hitting walls or doors while using it. On my classic flap im always worried about hitting the corners. Since getting it, I’ve been only using this bag. So much that I have to stop myself cuz the whole point of having a collection is to rotate so that all bags can stay mint. So, if ever you are too scared to regret, just make sure to choose the smallest size and a classic color like black or beige. Like this if you regret it, it will be easier to sell. Barbie ! Hi dear, aww thank you so much! Those earrings are actually from many years ago, i had bought them at my local Chanel boutique. It’s true, they are really hard to find on the preloved market and people are selling them sooo overpriced😞 and in store you are right, they only seem to make them in a silver style. I saw a few pairs recently of these exact ones on Fashionphile but the prices are crazy 😔 I will definitely keep you in mind if ever i see some anywhere😊

Great video. Thank you for the recommendation on the organizer. I just got my Chanel 19 a couple days ago and noticed that there is a little bit of wear on the clasp where the turn lock moves. Does yours have the same wear? I am hoping it is normal and I don’t have to take it back, I have been on the waitlist for a long time.

Hi Deb, thank you so much! Oh congrats on getting the bag!! Yes, both my 19 bags has the same thing, abit of wear where the turnlock spins. So i’m thinking its normal since both bags has it🤔 If funny because me too i’m still getting used to the relaxed characteristics of this bag. The fact that its smoochy and has natural creases, and all the different types of hardware, and the worn look of the hardware of the clasp. Im still going to ask around to make sure everyone else has that wear on their clasp. But I would think its normal since yours and both of mine has it. I will let you know what they say.

@@NikitaMayaCody Hi Susan, I was on the waiting list for a year, but I found out that because my local Chanel store is considered a small boutique, they would never receive many units each season. So, they were going through the waitlist super slowly. I ended up visiting a bigger city in Canada (Vancouver) and found one in stock in that store.

Can I ask how tall you are? I got the medium amd the large in the new 21a grey. I am so conflicted about which to keep. I am 5’2 amd I’m fine with where the large bag hits me but it is a bit big as I am petite all around, not just short😂. But I’m afraid the dimensions look a bit large when worn crossbody. But... I like the extra slouchiness of the large. So hard! Is the main reason you got the small the chain length?

I actually prefer the look of the large, because it has more diamond quilts on the front, the bag looks puffier and nicer I find. On the medium there’s less diamonds so it’s slightly flatter looking. (Compared to the large) But I chose the medium because I feel like I enjoy more wearing smaller bags. I was scared that if I chose the bigger size I wouldn’t use it as much. Chain length wise I’m not very picky, so whatever the length I would’ve made it work. But ya, I see your dilemma, it is a hard choice.

Congrats on getting yours🤗 At first when i saw the pieces of leather pocking like that i was like “what the f” but after looking at many pics on insta and videos on youtube i realized that they are all made like that. So i guess its part of the design. It does bother me a bit though but i’ll still keep the bag. And we are lucky to have bought the bag now while the prices are still fairly good (compared to a classic flap) cuz im sure in the next year the price of the 19 will skyrocket and we will be regretting not getting more colours haha😆

WorldPeace Famie ya ur right its become super popular, even i’m surprised of how many people are talking about it. I think its mostly popular at the moment cuz comfort is in style due to covid restrictions , its easy to pair with sweats or with a tee and jeans. The trend of this bag might not last though like the Gucci Marmont that was sooo popular and is now uncool lol i guess time will tell.

Michelle Michelle Hi Michelle! So far so good, I’ve already worn it quite a bit and i dont see any scratch anywhere, i even inspected really well the area where the chain top handle rubs at the top and there is absolutely nothing. (I was worried about the friction of the chain rubbing in that area.) If i had to describe how the goatskin feels, id say its almost like a slightly coated lambskin. I did scratch it with my nail by mistake and started panicking looking for a scratch but i couldn’t find anything. So it seems to be pretty scratch resistant so far. :)
