Aww so sorry to hear you couldn’t get your Paris footage back xo I love the new bags - in order of YES please get - travel XXL flap 🤣❤️ sequinned seasonal flap, mini blue/ grey zip bag that you’re considering, beige coco handle (only because it’s caviar, otherwise the pink one over beige), and the little black mini with the cool strap. For some reason I think of the bathroom each time I see the larger sized vanity so I’m not a big fan. It’s also bulky. Although it looks nice, but I keep seeing a mini baby bag when I see the cargo bags 😅🫶 no hate just my opinion! Also omg the hello kitty cafe doesn’t sound that great - taking a photo with the big hello kitty outside would been sufficient hey 😂❤ love that you go shopping Chanel with your mummy! The pink coco is also caviar!! Yeh the vanity cases are quite bulky crossbody. The top handle makes it more functional. The clutch with chain is the only one I'm considering. But thinking maybe I just buy 1 less bag and use that money to recover the lost files haha. The Hello Kitty cafe was a let down. The giant hello kitty outside was so much cooler 🤣 I really love this tweed set hehe, thank you my love!

My two favorite bags from 24K were beige sequined flap and the grey coco handle. I ended up getting a watch and a pair of sneakers, so no bag this time. I have so many bags, that I was able to resist, but it was a close call! If the sequined bag had been a little less expensive I probably would have caved and got it. But for the price, I couldn’t justify it.

For that new blue/grey clutch with chain, I agree with you that it seems a bit plain. I feel like they can do better. I would probably prefer to get that pink tweed mini one instead, from your last vlog, if I compare both. For the iPhones, I keep forgetting to use the new camera button as I’m so used to just do it from the screen!! 😅 It does come it quite handy though if I need to snap something quick. And what a disappointment with that Hello Kitty Cafe! It doesn’t seem to be that special. Would have been nicer to have Hello Kitty baked goods say, a Hello Kitty cookie in the shape of HK, or a slice of cake in kitty shape, etc. And lastly, thank you for taking us virtual shopping again with you!

In the heat of the moment I almost got that clutch with chain 🙈 but now that I’ve had some time to think about it, I don’t think I need it in my collection. I’m already running out of space and bags have to be special for me to add now. Oh yes the pink tweed with top handle was nicer!! But doesn’t fit a phone. So I’m happy I decided to keep the mini rect instead. I’m happy you are enjoying your iPhone my love! I think I’ll skip this year now and just use the money to try and recover my videos. The hello kitty cafe was definitely a let down 😅😅 the cookie was nice but I was hoping it would be hello kitty shaped lol!!! They did have a pink HK shaped cake that I wanted to get but by 6 it was already sold out. I just didn't think I needed to. And I was so sick after I got back and then the car accident, it just got pushed further and further down my long to-do list. I wouldn't have touched it if it weren't for someone buying the phone 😅 really regret the decision to get the new iphone now. Only difference to the iphone 15 pro max is the new camera controls, which is actually not that great.. Apple made it too easy to delete entire folders 🥲 I didn't even realise it until it was too late!! 🫠🫠 I am still considering maybe just sending my phone in, then at least I will know for sure and can get closure on this whole thing. Otherwise I will always wonder if I could've recovered them. And in the grand scheme of things, it's just 1 less bag. So by not buying that clutch with chain, I can put the money towards this instead and not feel as bad about it

Try if you can, just forget about the videos. What’s done is done and shit happens. You have your memories. If you can be bothered make a video of the places you shopped and would recommend (& use your pictures) and the prices in Europe and tax back etc. people find those videos helpful. You’ve been through a lot lately so don’t dwell on the videos. Start fresh and move forward. We love watching any video you produce. Doesn’t need to be Europe. Big hugs ❤

When you buy a new iPhone, you can transfer all data from the old phone to the new one in 10min with just one click. It also transfers all settings and apps. Cloud backup is automatic, it just needs to be turned on. After the transfer, you can safely try out the new phone and then, when you made sure everything is safe and sound, you can delete all data on the old phone. Better be safe than sorry..

The problem was the phone sold faster than I anticipated so I havnt purchased the new phone yet (it hasn’t released yet at that point). I also don’t have iCloud on for photos, I’ve been creating content for a long time so have way too many videos and photos to back it all up on the cloud haha. I just failed to transfer everything after my trip because I got severely sick and had other things to worry about 🥲 but lesson learnt. Thank you for your advice!!

Ahhh that's rough. It's understandable to be disappointed and upset. I would be too. :( But you don't need to apologize. You're a busy career lady who is creating all this content for fun out of your own time! I don't think anyone reasonable would demand more. 1600 is a very steep fee for no guarantee. At the end of the day, you have your memories and hopefully had a great time. That's ultimately what's most important in life. And yes, what better way to cheer up than some retail therapy and a Chanel shopping trip! As for the bags, my two cents... Yes to the cc straps, the backpack, the rectangle w/ sequins, and the blue/gray color in general! I feel like you'd have to travel a lot to justify the XXL bag, as it'd take up a ton of space in the closet. I prefer quilting - if I wanted a vintage look, I'd buy a vintage bag. Big no to the camera bags (sooo many outside pockets, why so many??) Did the blue/gray come in the cc strap crossbody size? That would be the perfect combination!

If they can recover, it will cost quite a bit, so very expensive mistake 😣 hopefully by sharing this, it will prompt everyone to backup their phones and not suffer like me!! I agree with you, the XXL bag would not be practical for everyday. Not lucky enough to be travelling that much to be able to justify a Chanel travel bag haha! I 100% prefer quilting too. I'm not a fan of vintage looking bags, but that's personal taste. Hahaha I dunno why that camera bag had 4 external pockets, the magnetic ones would not be able to fit anything.. so they are really redundant imo. I don't like where they have put the zipped pockets, makes the bag ultra bulky. That's why the black vanity-like camera bag is nicer I think. The structure and top handle will allow it to be dressed up a bit more. And the opening is fantastic, unlike the other one, will scratch your hand every time you reach inside. I think that cc strap crossbody comes in pale blue as well as beige & pink. For some reason I think the black looks best due to contrast of the ccs. I still don't gravitate towards black bags tho, so I will pass. Did you pick up anything from this collection? 🩵

@@queenofdiamondsamy Have you tried Android? Because of where I work, I've been on Android for 12+ years. Right now I have the Pixel 8 Pro. It's been auto backing up everything to the cloud for me this whole time, without me even having to prompt it. The AI tools for editing videos and photos are also great. I haven't gotten anything from 24k! The only bags I've seen in 24k that I really love are the larger size shearling bags. All three colors look beautiful. I've heard shearling doesn't age well, though... :( I bought two Wocs and a mini rectangle this summer, so I am trying to stay on ban island. Lol. I will try to live vicariously through your videos!

Oh yes the shearling bags are divine!!!! But quite pricy and very limiting, too seasonal I think and you are right will be hard to take care of. I love the pink mini coco handle - I actually want one as I tried the coral one from I think 24P collection earlier this year, but I got the small tote shopping bag instead at the time, since I’ve always wanted a small tote bag. I also love that caviar mini 22 bag! I saw that there’s a black calfskin small 22, and it also comes in a camel colour which I think is so nice (and I never really like beigey/caramelly kinda coloured bags)!! But I’m waiting to go on holiday and I can then check out the stock in Hong Kong and Korea, before I go to Sydney. Can’t wait! Haha.

@@queenofdiamondsamyYeah it's so annoying when the mini coco handles don't fit a phone. I tried both sizes last time but the problem is i like the option to be able to take the strap off lol. Anyway I like the slightly bigger coco handle (whatever size it is that fits the phone, i think it's "small"). Yeah in Hong Kong it's tax free anyway. Some bags are cheaper than Oz but some aren't. I find that interesting. I'll need to do a price comparison when I'm there, also when I'm in Korea. I guess it also depends on what's going to be available too. Can't wait to go on my holiday!

Oh yes the strap is detachable on the larger one, and yes it’s the small coco, which is the one I have. I kinda regret not getting more of them when they were 6k lol. You will have to compare the prices. Will be interesting to see which bags are cheaper!! When do you leave again?

@@queenofdiamondsamy Ah, coz in the vlog you said the pink one was mini so I thought that was the size and I got it wrong back in Feb when I tried them haha. I think back then the small was still about $9xxx. Anyway so yeah, it’s the small coco handle that I prefer. I’m not a big fan of tiny handbags since I can’t fit much in - one or two are enough for me LOL. I’m eyeing the Small 22 bag and it’s several hundred dollars cheaper in Hong Kong with AUD tax refund. But by the time I’m there I don’t know if the bag will still be available. I want to try on the camel colour first to see if it suits me and my skin tone. It’ll be the first time ever that I actually want a bag in that colour - have always kinda disliked that colourway haha. I don’t know if it was the photo online or what, but it seems like there’s a tinge of pink with this camel colour. It just looks so cute and unique I feel! I’m going in a couple of weeks, so not long to go now, but not sure if I’ll be able to visit Chanel in the first few days I’m there before my sis and I leave for Korea. Will see. Good thing is we’ll be staying next to a mall that has all the luxury brands, hahahaha!!

Oh sorry did I? The pink is size small, so is the beige. Light blue was extra mini. Can’t believe they are so expensive now 🙈🙈 the beige does have a bit of pink undertone imo. I also don’t like it if it’s too yellow. Go see it in person, as photos can be deceiving sometimes. I hope you will be able to find it!! Hahaa staying that close to the mall will be dangerous 🤭 but also so convenient!!

Yes very hard lesson. Because it was my older iPhone I was using it more as a storage device for all my videos. But thought I’ll upgrade my phone as I use it to film a lot. I didn’t want to end up with 3 phones haha. But now I ofc regret trying to sell it, as otherwise all my videos would still be safely on there 🥲🥲
