The original CM edp literally gives me a headache, it’s so sharp and screechy. But the Intense is warmer, smoother, deeper (not just sweeter), and it is every bit as elegant as the original. I personally love it! Other Chanels I enjoy: Chance eau Tendre edp and Cristalle Verte edt, both for spring/summer. I like Coco Noir very much as well, but it does not perform well in terms of sillage/longevity for the price you’re paying, so I would never purchase. And ofcourse I love the classic Chanel no.5 edp, it was my mom’s scent.

I can always count on him to say the complete opposite of other reviews 🙄lol. Most people prefer the intense over the original, say the intense is sweeter, and say the projection/longevity is better than the original. I always take his reviews with a grain of salt because he’s always so far left but hey he’s entitled to his own opinion 🤷🏽‍♀️

I see why the intense is more for fall/winter & evening scent, but I’m disappointed with its projection. It doesn’t last long on me like the original. I should have bought other perfumes.
