Current information is that the collection will be available online January 2, 2025 at Chanel and other retailers except Ulta which is February 2, 2025. Boutiques may sell the product now or as soon as they receive the items. The palette, eyeshadow singles, nail polishes, and eyeliners are all limited edition. The lip balms should all be permanent.

Hi Lexi! Thank you for acquiring Chanel’s spring-summer collection so far in advance. And thank you for demoing each item so thoroughly - your close-ups are the best. I plan on getting the single shadows in Mauve sucré and Menthe à l’eau, as well as the pencils in Mauve intense and Vert lagon. In the Rouge Coco Baume Brillant, I am eyeing Honey Bliss. The new face/eye palette is pretty, but overall too warm for me. Chanel’s current direction, IMO, lacks cohesiveness. Thanks again. As always, I look forward to your next video.

The purple single eyeshadow is gorgeous. The lilac lippy too! Both are have a pretty glow that makes me smile. I'm fair olive and I use sheer lilac lipsticks as toppers to balance out lipsticks that pull orange on me 😊

The palette looks gorgeous! I have heard that the formula is similar to Reve de Camelia, which people loved. I'm going to check it out in person when it comes to Ulta to make sure it's not too warm for me. Gorgeous on the eyes! The green eyeliner is a definite yes. Omg 😍I was so excited when I saw these eyeshadows appear out of nowhere and I'm not disappointed❤!! How lovely! I wear these shades from holidays to early summer. I must say I wasn't a big fan of most of Chanel's releases last year... This looks beautiful. The eyeliners are gorgeous too. And the balms!!! Honey Bliss, Blushing Pink and Charming Lilac are perfect and a bit more unusual. Fingers crossed we won't have to fight to get these 😂

Lexi beautiful look my favorite of this collection , is the palette . It’s for that makeup no makeup look, for summer, ah that would be best for my past beach girl life… just to enhance tan add some glow. Even I don’t burn myself in the sun anymore😳🤪, I still love just easy every day palette . Lip balms I like honey and peach I will skip eyeshadows and eyeliners. I miss those TF quads as well , I wish they would make them in that formula again with the pretty sheen , everything is glittery and powdery. I'm excited for this collection, I commented to you about it the other day. I feel like we are missing some collections in between though , like what happened to those 2 quads we got a peak of months ago ? I am excited about the face pallet , glad it isn't glittery and I think it will work on my warm skintone. I do wish they made the lighter shade in the pallet a single highlight that color is super pretty. I like the collection its wearable not glittery and over the top. Great review.

Fabulous review! 💄🌺 I might get the Brun Pourpre eyeliner. Chanel had a single eyeshadow Brun Pourpre, which I have, from like 2018 or 2019. I like red/pink eyeliners on the outer 1/3 V of the eye. Victoria Beckham's Burgundy liner is my most reached for, and I don't look good in reddish eyeliners, but the outer V and smudged a little looks so nice paired with any eyeshadow. The Dior Dune palette is a close color story, and I wear it every summer. I don't think I want anything from this particular collection.

I love the new shiny balms, that underlaying vibrancy is gold, I think only Chantecaille does that, I am tempted to try the peach one first, before just ordering it. Peach for me is very hit or miss, but when it is a hit I keep wondering why do I even own anything else! :D Mostly I just wish fashion houses would follow the cycle of the year, but I guess they wanted to target Australia here?... nice, but Chanel is France based, so my expectation would be to just stick to home base, and maybe release spring collection not earlier than February 1st as that is the natural calendar's (in the Northern hemisphere) first budding day of spring things. Not the year before even MIDWINTER : /

I think they are pretty close and imo you don't need the peche single and the quad. The single is a little brighter but on the eyes, I don't think it's a big enough difference to warrant the quad and single personally.

I have Tom Ford's Soleil D'Hiver too. I need to wear that one. This collection isn't for me. Although the liners look interesting. I was on the phone with Bal Harbour in the middle of this video and asked if there will be any of the traditionally sized eye quads and some lipsticks in formulas like Rouge Allure in future launches. There will be! So I'll be keeping my eyes open for them. They will be coming in 2025. No dates yet. Those lip balms are beautiful on you, And I like the watercolor eye look you got with the shadows. @@LexiJong Chanel raises prices on Everything, particularly their fragrances, every year. Usually they do it early, like January to April. I'm wearing Coco Mademoiselle these days, and I stocked up at the Sephora sale. Didn't want to pay the 2025 markup. But you are probably right. They'll raise makeup prices. We'll see a jump in regular eye palettes, lipsticks and more.

As in other brands or other shades? For other brands, I would look at Valentino or YSL liners. If you want a different shade, maybe go with a cool brown instead of the purple - something like a cocoa brown.

Thanks for another brilliant, comprehensive review. The colour story of the single eye shades and pencils reminded me very much too of the most recent Cle de Peau quad and also of Spring 2024 Dior - several of those Dior quints, like say Atelier, had peachy/pale purple/pale green stories if I recall correctly. Chantecaille too had lilac/peach. May I ask - is this new Chanel a very different take from that pastel Mermaid trend last spring or would this look be much the same spring vibe as last years' Dior? Like you, I feel the new quad is lovely (and unusually conservative for recent Chanel), but it'd be too orangey for me to carry off, sadly. The singles though and the pencils... Im trying to convince myself I essentially already have them. But I suspect the green is actually different to anything we've had recently....? I cant believe we've had no break at all between the madness of holiday releases and the spring FOMO being laid on us without a pause.

Yes, this collection is too early imo. I feel like these shades are slightly more vibrant than last year's trends but they still go together well. Depending on what you purchased, you might already have shades that are close enough. I think the Chanel formulas are better than the Dior shadows though.

The CHANEL Face Palette looks like 4 shades of orange to me. This will not look flattering on my pale cool toned skin. It is a pass for me. I might consider buying the mauve and minty eyeshadow singles.

I didn't like the gucci sheer lipsticks when I tried them a few years ago so I can't really say with those but the glow and care shines are a bit more opaque and the texture is creamier vs. a balmy cushion. They are fairly similar though with just some nuances that differ.

I haven't heard officially what will be permanent and what will be limited edition. The singles are probably limited. The balm formula is permanent but I'm not sure if all the shades are included in that. I'll update the video when I hear official news.

Hi Lexi, thank you for an interesting look at Chanel's Spring Collection along with helpful comparisons. Which pieces are in the permanent range and which are LE? I'm on the fence about the highlighter as I've seen swatches that look like degrees of copper (which isn't flattering on me) while others have shown a gradient that included a light pink tone. Like you, I'm more excited about the eyeshadow singles and one or two eyeliners. I've not tried the Rouge Coco Baume in any formula, so will try one in the Brillant formula. I like the lip shade you created by mixing two shades together.

Unfortunately I haven't heard details on what will be permanent or limited edition yet. I'll update the video when I find out. I think the palette will depend on your undertones. If you have warm undertones, expect a pink hue.

How do the new lip balms compare with the Violette_FR’s Bisous Jellies?

They are completely different imo. These are more of a cushiony balm / melted lipstick texture while the bisou jellies have a stiffer, firmer texture surrounded by a melted core. The jellies go on in a thinner layer overall and give a softer appearance. These are more similar to a chantecaille lip chic but not as thick.

I have that one and love it! They are similar shades so if you have that one, you don't need this one. This one has a tiny bit more blue in it but it's not a big difference imo.

Thank you for the video. Overall, it is a beautiful collection but the Grinch in me is going to make an appearance…why release it so early? Can’t we get through the holidays before we are slammed with spring? By the time spring gets here, what do we have to look forward to???… the fall collections? I truly appreciate you staying on top of all the releases and my grinchy disgruntlement is with the early releases. It feels like tug-of-war with these companies and I’m the rope… The eyeshadow palette is a pass, to golden orange but the singles are pretty. I like the green better than the OG green they released when the singles launched. The eyeliners are really pretty and I like how they complement the shadows. The lip baumes are a yes. Do you know if they are a permanent addition? My last comment is what happened to the sneak peeks of the palettes we saw back in the fall? There were two pastel quads with the camellia flower embossing. Was looking forward to those for the spring but now thinking they were Asia exclusives. I agree that this is way too early. I was not expecting it until after Christmas. Recently Dior and Chanel have been launching Spring between Christmas and New Year's but I guess Chanel wanted to be first this year or they are trying to increase their Q4 profits. The lip balms are a permanent addition but I'm not sure if any shades are limited edition or not yet. I'll update the video with a pinned comment or something when I find out officially.

agreed the lilac glow maximiser is too glittery. pink is better. I like the new Armani aqua luminous silk highlighter. Subtle and the sheen perfect for any skin texture.
