Hi. The wear on the 2 i own is very very minimal. However I did sit my Deauville on a seat in a restaurant and unfortunately it was stained by the unclean seat. CHANEL WILL NOT TOUCH FABRIC BAGS! Even if you have only had them a few months. PERIOD! Here in USA, they will repair a bag for 3 years as long as your purchase is in their System or you have the original receipt. After that, you have to find a great bag repair shop. Unfortunately the stain on the bottom of my Tan Deauville is permanent!
