My rep at Nordstrom did give me a charm and a little square jewelry box. I thought that was lovely. I buy the Sublimage line so you know I spend a lot. So hoping I get something more substantial. I’ve also bought two of the #31 rouge Cambon lipsticks and a refill. I love Chanel products

I purchased a few things from the Chanel Beauty website throughout 2023, and then this January, I received a blue tweed and gold cosmetic bag in the mail. It was a complete surprise, but I love it. I did buy a Christmas present for my friend in December, and selected the box packaging. It came with a charm that I gave her.

Love your content, Cindy! As a ballpark... How much people spend in a year to get the big snow globe in the previous years? My former Chanel SA said that to be a VIC I would need to buy sunglasses, the higher tier of skin care and vanity bags every month, a couple of thousands per month would do it... Then I gave up trying to build a relationship at Chanel Make-up store and shop at Nordstrom where I get reward points.

The only size that was bigger was the gold bag from the Sublimage holiday set from a few years ago 🥹

In Europe, or at least where I am, the option to choose the charm is still available if choosing the classic wrapping. My order was a bit mixed up that Chanel sent the wrong item for one of the gift sets. The customer service line was a bit slow, which I totally understand due to holidays season and probably high order volume, but they were very nice to fix things up. I just wish that we had that skincare set and the lipgloss trio in Europe too 😂

Chanel boutiques in australia didnt have the mini perfume freebies. The chanel charms are so limited to CC and no lobster clasp. The holiday set also very limited and only online. Terrible business strategy.

I’ve received snow globes in the past but got no charms with web site or boutique holiday orders. I’m over it, lol, but I don’t really think it was a great way to handle PR perks.

Great freebies! I will say that I was not able to get any freebies this year or last year. I’ve ordered directly from Chanel and other retailers and nothing not even the beautiful holiday packing. 😔 I feel like if you order directly from the company you should at least get something.

@@coco_chanee19 I have learned ALOT about why some get and some dont. To sum up its NEVER personal. The warehouse is the warehouse. In some cases Department store online orders pull from the store BUT thats a totally different department. They arent SA’s. Their only job is to take a order from in-house stock to the mailroom. I saw this with my own eyes and my SA explained everything. Its truly just business and not personal. Hence ALWAYS make good connections with your SA.
