Thanks for sharing :) can you provide the link to the handbag hook you use? How do you put the dust bag on if you hang the bag up? Or you don’t use the dust bag?

Are you located in Paris? I gave my reissue so black for repair because of tarnish on the hardware - they said it’ll take 4-8 weeks and I can’t wait to get it back, so unpatient. I hope it comes back earlier like yours (located in Germany). I will have to pay 95€ for clasp replacement. Enjoy your beauty!

der29012 hey! Thanks for reaching out, and yes located in Paris so in some sense I’m fortunate because I won’t need to wait for any shipping back and forth 😅. I can imagine how you’re feeling, I was literally impatient the first few days and was worried what if it will come back in more bad condition than initially 🥺 but thank goodness it’s only stitching that had to be mainly done. But wow, 95€ for a clasp! Not sure if that is cheap in general or not but I hope you get yours back in a lot better condition! Good luck!! 🤞🥰

Princessa I hope the bag arrives perfectly repaired! It is 5 years old, maybe because of that I have to pay. They even didn’t want to see the receipt. Did they note your serial number on the service receipt or the style number? I only have the style number on it and and ask myself, what if they give me back the wrong bag haha

@@der29012 Haha, for me they looked at my receipt because i already brought it with me (and i guess because they were going to do it for free so maybe they wanted to check that it's not bought years ago or something). They didn't take note of the bag's serial number though but yes - i asked the same question what if i get a different bag that's not mine, haha! Worst part was (which i forgot to mention in the video) was that i left the serial card in the zipper! But luckily i took picture of the card before giving it for repair! :)

Thank you for watching! I’d suggest, if possible, try go to the store and wear it for a few minutes and see how you feel with it (e.g. if it’s comfortable or if you feel like you have to be super careful around the bag). And/or, maybe go pre-loved way if the price is below retail price (assuming the bag is obviously still in great shape), so that it doesn’t feel so bad spending that much money once the scratches start to come in, hehe. I personally love the Trendy CC bag, and definitely would advise you to go for what you love 💕

They have a link to their website too, and for the Chanel plate, I sent them an email directly because the order was customised (they currently don’t have the cover as one of their “usual” products but they can customise if you wish) hope this helps!

The original sticker hasn't come off yet so I can't tell but from the looks of it, yes it seems it would get scratched especially if you wear bracelets on the arm where you carry the bag! I
