incredible video, the only flaw is the line "men hate women who weep" its brings down women to objects of men desire and that is the opposite of what Chanel is! Chanel always represent women as powerful and elegant independant. and that line is just wrong

I think her personality is a paradox, she might have wanted to represent the independent spirit through her fashion but ultimately she slept her way thru money so that she can open her shops, proving no matter what she believed in she was a prisoner of her time and had to rely on men using sex to get what she wanted, during WW2 instead of supporting her country and risking her safety she only thought of her survival what if germans won the war so she acted in advance befriending the nazi officers taking them as lovers so they won't arrest her but too bad for her France won and she ran away to Switzerland. Maybe that was her definition of independent spirit a woman must do what it take right or wrong to survive, but it doesn't fit with today sentiments being independent doesn't mean you forsake your morality or sense of dignity.
