Use wind talker and feather of heaven ONLY for attack speed items. Then magic damage the rest especially with blood wings. The shield of blood wings, prolongs the effects of 2nd skill. Plus makes chang e harder to catch due to fast movespeed windtalker+bloodwings. And you need to sell the boots in the lategame as well

Way back then when there used to be the jg items and roamer items it was actually a rare couple of Chang'e mains that build Windtalker on Chang'e since it did three things that suited different type of Chang'e players. It gave Movement spd and attack spd to utilize enhanced basic attack between cooldowns but the movement spd made it relatively safe to be close to basic attack the enemy. Lastly is that Chang'e would shred towers much faster than she does with her regular magic build making her a pretty good split pusher/backdoor hero. and yes I was one of them back then and loved how fast towers melted.

I tried ShinmenTakezo's own rendition of the mm build on her, it is pretty effective since it only uses one physical item and the rest can still make use for her magic damage skills. Boots (any) Feather of Heaven Golden Staff Holy Crystal Divine Glaive Blood Wings The last two items are interchangeable meaning you can prioritize any of the two in any order. If you're ahead in gold, make the divine glaive last.

My comfort marksman pick in epic❤. Tbh its really underrated but a niche pick. If she has advantage in the early game she won't have much problem with maintaining her 2nd skill since she will most of the time melt enemies. And you can adjust your build accordingly by selling the attack speed items to magic items. late game can be a big brain move if your mm strat is not working anymore🤣

If his skill can't apply IQW slow, it's a nerf, but the adjustment made basic attack an basic attack, so...if they want to buff Chang'e, I think the most suitable buff is on her passive, made her passive can stay longer, currently her passive stayed only 2seconds, while Radiant Armor can be constantly activated for 3 seconds...her passive need to be longer than 3seconds, so she has chance to play against Radiant user while Radiant user can also counter Chang'e damage

If they do that ,they should bring her old passive and adjust it , so her new passive gonna be : Every basic attack damage she deliver to any enemy will stack up to increase her magic point, each 10 basic attack will be converted to 1 stack and each stack will giver her 20 magic point

This Change is actually a huge nerf for Chang'e. Since her S2 now counts as basic attacks, she can no longer use Ice Queen's Wand anymore. Constant slow is what allowed her to kite enemies, and now with it gone, her survivability will drop quite a lot

For me, my go to build for Magic damage dealers is Vampire Mallet (building items, 8% lifesteal), Feather of Heaven, Arcane Boots, Haas Claw, Concentrated Energy, Ice Queen Wand, Bloodlust Axe. This will give me +35% lifesteal, +50% Spell Vamp

Build I'd reccomend Swift boots Feather of heaven Dhs Golden staff Holy crystal Blood wings Alot of magic power even with -2 item slots and even an extra shield Personally I'd ask a teamate to tank as either lolita or franco since lolita gives an extra shield(ik it's not permanent but before a fight, can ensure the shield doesn't break early due to a flameshot/skillshot) and franco because well He goes very well with single target heroes

Im a classic gods and when im 2+ lose streak, i use chang e.. shes my top 4 most played hero with almost 600 matches and her wr is 71% I hope they doesn't change her cause her best ability is dealing a decent amount of damage in long distance, making her a basic attack type will ruined her

Another reason why they could've done that is may be because of the ice queen wand item (or at least that's what it's called 🤣). Now the slow down effect will no longer work with her because it can only activated by skill damage, so since it's now a basic attack... Yeah.

Instead of buying attack speed, just buy Concentrated Energy. It can even counter Radiant Armor. Via the 12% Magic Damage Boost. Emblem: -Mage/Agility/Mystery Shop/Lethal Ignition Build: Arcane Shoes/Glowing Wand/Ice Queen Wand/Genius Wand/Concentrated Energy/Divine Glaive.

If the shield is a problem, use blood wings then? Personally, the buff is showing that her skills are suited to be that, skills. You can now use 2nd skill quickly as long as you hit enemies with your ult, which is equals to more shield up time, equals to more movement speed, equals to better mobility.

Something that is on the offical server is that Chang'e has that really confuses me is that the enhanced basic attack is regarded as skill damage but no where does it say that it is able to crit. Which if you have crit chance you can crit with it despite not being a basic attack.

so like gatotkaca's passive won't give additional lifesteal now since concentrated energy is now spell vamp? gatot's enhanced basic attack increases with magic lifesteal thats why i somehow build concentrated energy.. i hope they change gatot's enhanced basic attack scale to spell vamp then because not only it helps him sustain with e-basic attack but concentrated energy helps too with his 1st skill

His passive regen actually scales with Magic Damage. I already tried using Concentrated Energy vs Haas Claw. With Concentrated his regen is 240 HP. With Haas his regen is 200 HP and 100 Lifesteal. A separate regen effects. And it doesn't scale with Spellvamp either, the regen increase because of the +70 Magic Power from Concentrated Energy. And as I expected using other Magic items with +70 Magic Power gives the same results. So I suggest using Starlium Scythe since it gives Hybrid Lifesteal and +70 Magic Power.

Starlium Scythe works well with Gatot, it gives an extra true damage to his attack. Also Concentrated Energy is an optional build for Gatot, it's only used because of the regen upon kills. Which is removed, you can use Killing Spree instead.
