Allen said he wants that warehouse so that's more money for cg, the roleplay cg will do at that comedy club will be awesome to watch.

The whole street including the cul-de-sac vlad was offering 3mil and others the same, this way they've broken the street and the sac into 2 separate entities sac for 2mil you just know the streeet itself will be about 4mil plz thats extra on top. LB got rid of 2 spoiling assets that fell through. The comedy club because Doug messed that up. Tony's property was being seized any day now due to lack of payment or something. The warehouse they already decided to get rid of it because they want no part of it really. Now they can finish off the SSB and have free reign to clap the apostates without them seeking asylum.

i dont blame lean boys for wanting it over. They have so many less members not to mention outsiders helping CG. Tony and Lang had to fight the chang gangs morning, afternoon, and evening crew. It's lowkey sucky for the RP of Team A vs Team B action wise. But the RP led it to this point. And tbh in end, even if they did get fucked slightly with the whole deal, it wasnt That Bad for LB's. Like they undisputedly lost, but it couldve gone longer if CG didnt wanna take the surrender just yet, not that that would/could without bein on some scummy shit, so I think it worked out tho 😂🤷🏾‍♂️

@@ants5875 not really, they lose MAYBE a million dollars if they were going to get the same 3 mill offer Cg has. So 200k each (which they dont need). Then when they sell it they know its going to ESB so if they want they can just sell their house to people who ESB despise so they can F with them some more. The Club and warehouse they dont need. Tonys place isnt going to be around for much longer. They got free reign to go after curtis and flippy without having to worry about CG getting involved. Plus they can focus on fishing the SSB war now, then when thats done, they can finally get out of the south side stuff that theyve been over for a lonnng time. CG gets a million dollars in profit after they sell the house (again if they get the 3 mill offered to them still for the sac)m RP they will have the chance to create out of the Comedy Club (which will be great for events vinny does) & The warehouse that will be sold to allen for 250k. So right now they are getting 1.25M (which unlike lb who has only 5 members, CG has a bunch and Chang usually distributes that type of money out pretty fairly to all the group members. meaning theyll make probably less $ per person than lb will) and the comedy club. Now if they can sell the comedy club, theyll make good money off that too, but right now its basically them getting a place to do events/rp that LB didnt have a use for anymore and was collecting dust.

They lost about 3million on the comedy club and also lost another miller from the ssb territory. Plus cg was considering 250k to end the war but they said they could bump it up to about 400k but then they set said they’ll ask for lean street mainly as a joke. When Buddha was thinking about it then through in the comedy club that’s when cg went crazy. So instead of losing 250-400k they lost 4million......... I’m pretty sure this means they got fucked over.......
