It's only because they actually try, put in time and effort to practice and plan things out. LB have been together a long time and they have barely improved, they have always been pepegas making the silliest and laziest mistakes. When Summit joined CG he almost instantly fit in their heists, they were near perfect with organisation and setups making it very easy for him to get into.

Maybe next vault run, RP with the hostage and cops to do transfers to the trunk one time too prevent sorting through dropped items and leaving evidence behind. OR pre-plan weights of items, weapons, ammos, etc. Speed and ease the process of the heist

That would make the process easier but wouldn't have worked in this scenario, they planned to ditch the car in the first place, so stashing it in there, only to take it out again when swapping for bikes, wouldn't have worked.
