The topic about them putting on some weight is actually so important for them. Athletes in general but especially dancers who make hard contact with the ground constantly need extra fat or muscle to absorb shock to prevent fractures and bone breaks. Bodies become fragile at low weight and they cant afford that with how much they move and tumble around, but this is so often overlooked to follow beauty standards. Hyunjin especially needed to hear it; he doesnt have the excess muscle to balance his low body fat. If he had more of either, it mightve actually spared him his injured hand.
