Hello, you are showing wrong dismantle when open the impeller nut. You cannot hold the motor shaft when open the impeller nut.

Why durr dental vs 300s always get stuck when already running for half an hour ? Is it normal?

Because the impeller was damage and bend and maybe because of the crystal make it jam. 3 possibility. Number 1 is installed to that area not ventilation. Number 2 is the clinic didn’t use orocup when suck the water or disinfectant solution. Number 3 is the clinic sucking the disinfectant solution which has forming bubbles.
