Over the course of one year, we see a significant improvement in their living standards. New house next to their old one. Thriving oil press business. Sisters dressed in beautiful clothes unlike T shirts and pants previously. Brothers also better dressed and more visible in Felista's video this time. Dou Dou was present in the first Tanzanian trip because he only started school after that trip. Felista couldnt afford to send him to school before that.

Where do u get the idea she couldn’t afford yo send him to school?….that was her story when she was s child…China has a policy of Compulsory education , which is also known as cost-free education….. children between six and fifteen years of age must attend school, regardless of their gender, race or nationality….”Nine-year compulsory education policy in China enables students over six years old nationwide to get free education at both primary schools (grade 1 to 6) and junior secondary schools (grade 7 to 9). The policy is funded by government and tuition is free.”

A comment from someone who had access to Chinese social media said Dou Dou was born in Tanzania when Du Bin was working in that country. Fei er was born in China. (No idea if it's true or fake news) I am not sure if that affects his eligibility for subsidized education
