Summarization of the video: Mindfull exercises. *not think bout past and future. Just focus on your present moment. If u are sitting infront of a table, u must know what is on the table. Glass, book etc. *just focus on clouds in the sky, focus on trees, gardening with focus, cooking with focus, forgiving others, walk with focus, eating with focus, *meditation melissa has done: go on quite natural place near mountains and just listen birds voices, tree voices with complete focus for 30 mjnutes daily. After one month when she came to doctor, he told her about three big changes in her mind. 1 her amygdala(hormone which ia like a bell. When u take stress it resonates and apply limit on your thinking. 2- hippocampus: hippocampus start increasing and its role is to consolidate or sharp your memory. 3- third change is in posterior cirgulate cortex. It improves your imagination and gives u control over your imagination or thinking. It helps u to control your negative thinking. * if u are cooking then focus on every small detail and voice and. enjoy this presnt moment. Live in that present mement. This is your meditation.... Thats it.

Thanks, I've actually been doing meditation for the last week I saw a video by Ray Dalio and read the book "Three Simple Steps" and slowly but surely I'm becoming more and more calm. I'm better able to control my emotions as well. Thanks for the information in your video as well.

Hi @SANSANPLAYS, It's simple 1. I meditate for about 15 to 20 minutes. 2. I meditate at the start of my day before going to office so around 7:10 AM to 7:30 AM 3. Answer to how do meditate 3.1. Find a place where you are alone 3.2. Sit on bed or chair (what ever you are comfortable with) 3.3. Close your eyes 3.4. Relex your feet, legs, heart, face (basically the whole body) focus on each area let's say hands and relax then and move to the next... (this step takes me about 1 or 2 minutes) 3.5. (This is important) Focus on your breathing, as you inhale and exhale. 3.6. Yes you are going to have thoughts, when you close your eyes (that is your ego) say thank you and focus again on your breathing 3.7. Remember, we are not looking for silence, there will never be silence (like the birds are chipping / rain / milkman going on his bike) it's ok. Just focus on your breathing and calm yourself down. 3.8. Enjoy the rest of your day. Thank you

Alhamdulillah I have been doing it for a year now. Without this knowledge. I only knew about law of attraction so far. I do not stress myself over negative things. I only look for the silver lining. Imagination wala khana hamesha se he itna barha hoga mera no doubt. Lol

It is reported that the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said: "Pray and consider that as your last prayer in this world and as if you see your lord, as if you do not see Him He truly seeing you." [Reported by Ibn Majah and Tabrani].................... A true practice of mind fullness we can exercise 5 times a day.

I must say that continuouse worries for a long time, made me feel unhappy or less happy for no reason. I feel difficult to make coloref combos and my sense of wits Humour And Concentration has effected a lot . I wanna use them permanently, forcefully and for long time. I,m a housewife at 47.been to job for almost 14 yrs. ,

I know Namaz is the best exercise for mindfulness but we all know our mind wavers and have problem focusing mainly because we don't understand Arabic...so the first thing to do is to learn Arabic
