i tell you step by step from beginning. first press F+11 and type the vba code, second step save excel file with any name but file type is not "excel workbook" file it will be save type as "Excel Macro-enabled workbook" ok. third step open saved file and you have see the "Security Warning" just above the formula bar please click the option and select the "enable the contents" and Ok your file work correctly.

Sir, Mere pass daily ik sheet download hoti hai humare dashboard se. Phir daily ik jaisa work kerna hota hai, jaise b coloum mein numeric data hota hai jo 12 number se jyada hota hai to usko theek kerna hota hai, poree sheet ko trim aur proper case mein kerna hota hai. Jis ke liye mujhe dikkat hoti hai main column inset krke trim aur proper ka formula laga ke ker ya huun . iske liye koi aisa option hai ki poore sheet trim aur proper case mein ho jaye. Ya jaisa aapne proper ke liye aadins batya wo trim ke liye bhi ho to kripya bataye.

Is there a way to do this without macro. Because macro are disabled by default in .xlsx, we need to save the file as .xlsm to enable macro and do it. Thus in other excel files it shows different pop-ups because of this.
