Change LCD Display and Mainboard Kyocera M3550

Display wird immer schwächer nach restart funktionieft es wieder für ca. 30 sek. Diagnose: LCD DEFEKT

How did you remove the LCD lower cover in the beginning? It seems you would need a flathead screwdriver to unsnap it.
