Change of hotel room at Urban Suites Penang Malaysia

How was the elevator? Was the wait time as terrible as many reviews say? I am planning to stay here next month! Thanks for the video.

@GeraltBosMang Hello, the elevator was fine when I was there not to crowded like some places ,pool area on floor 11 not to crowd, overall a nice place and a few places to eat near by .
